Shipping
All U.S. purchases ship for FREE! We ship all Smith & Bevill jewelry USPS shipping fully insured, signature required. Please make sure an adult (21 and over) is available to sign for the package when it arrives. Funds must clear into our account before we will ship your package out to you. Depending on your bank and method of payment, this can take anywhere from 1 - 5 business days after your order is placed. Before shipped out, all items receive final quality assurance and cleaning. If we are sizing a ring before we send it to you, shipping will be delayed by a day or two. Our concierge will keep you up to date on your order status, and you can always contact us! Tracking numbers will be sent as soon as you your package ships.

Returns/Exchanges
We will gladly accept returns for a full refund with no restocking fee within 5 business days from the date you received your package. Custom orders and sized items are not eligible for return or exchange. Please contact us at 1-503-644-1333 before you ship any item back to us so that we can arrange for fully insured shipping label. All items must be packed safely and securely with the original boxes, certifications, and any appraisals that it came with. If you are waiting for a special date to propose, let us know! We're happy to let you keep the ring until she sees it and decides that it's the one. If your proposal is planned for 30 days or more after receiving the ring, please note that your purchase will be eligible for store credit only. Please remember that while the jewelry is in your possession, you own it and are fully responsible for it. Once we receive the jewelry, we will check the condition of the item, and if you are returning for a refund, we will issue a credit within 3 days of receipt.
If the condition of the returned item is found to be in "not new" condition upon inspection, it may be subject to restocking fees/ repair fees/ or may be found "not eligible" for return and that is up to Smith & Bevill at the time of return. If you have placed a special order and put a deposit on a special-order item and you choose to cancel your order for a refund, there is a 5% fee for this cancellation; if the manufacturing process for your special order or custom jewelry item has already been started, then there is no refund or cancellation option available.
Return exceptions for registered watches: Watches that have had their warranty card filled out and registered with the manufacturer at point of sale are not eligible for return regardless of the number of days it has been since the purchase date. Watches that have been sized are also not eligible for return.
